Moved in just last week with some things that needed fixing. But maintenance was able to come and fix pretty much all the main issues I had same day I called.

Deficient maintenance service and lack of cleanliness in the condominium Review: I live in this apartment complex and have already submitted two prior complaints because the toilet in my unit constantly clogs. On each occasion, I took the initiative to unclog it myself, but the management, although promising to come the same day, fails to do so. Today, for instance, I requested assistance at 2 p.m., and by 4 p.m., no one has come, despite their working hours ending at 5 p.m. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness is constant: the surroundings of the condominium are not taken care of, trash is never collected, and the environment is unsanitary. I demand an immediate solution, as this situation affects our quality of life. I hope all residents see this and take into account this severe service deficiency.

Update: The apartment itself is still great. However, I'm not thrilled about the maintenance workers, using loud power tools, spending more than an hour on the one small patche of grass near my building. They also have sprinklers in the gravel parts of the landscaping that run 2 times a day which just seems ironic considering my welcome packet had a flyer suggesting ways I could conserve water... Leasing was willing to work with us on getting approved and the apartment is clean and well maintained. The price is good compared to any of the other apartments I looked at. So far maintenance has been quick to respond and we haven't had any problems with the other people who live here. Everyone seems to be nice, lots of kids running around but they don't cause problems. Overall I'm glad we ended up here.

Leasing was willing to work with us on getting approved and the apartment is clean and well maintained. The price is good compared to any of the other apartments I looked at. So far maintenance has been quick to respond and we haven't had any problems with the other people who live here. Everyone seems to be nice, lots of kids running around but they don't cause problems. Overall I'm glad we ended up here.

I moved in without any issues, but then not long after got bed bugs. WE had to pay out of our own pocket and the complex said that we must have brought them in.... even though other tenants have the same issue! Roaches also come out like crazy at night from the sink and other places. Terrible management when we were there. 100/10 STAY AWAY.

They allow dogs cause they have roaches and charge a crazy amount for these apartments. I understand that it’s salt lake, but these are not pleasant apartments to live in.
