We have been trying to move to a bigger apartment. We paid $2700 today and we were told before the office closes that we would get our keys for the new apartment. Well it is currently 4:02 PM. We have not gotten the keys and nobody is responding they also are giving us two days to move out. THIS IS BS!

On each occasion, I took the initiative to unclog it myself, but the management, although promising to come the same day, fails to do so. Today, for instance, I requested assistance at 2 p.m., and by 4 p.m., no one has come, despite their working hours ending at 5 p.m. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness is constant: the surroundings of the condominium are not taken care of, trash is never collected, and the environment is unsanitary.
