if I give one star to this property because they are so unhelpful this is old apartments and they try to put you in old apartment and also there is two ladies in leasing office they are so so suck cause they get out me from office and also abused me when I cancel my application don’t waste the time in their apartment they charge me application fee 123.90 and never found it back

reported issue with appliance not working in my apartment, management sent matinanience/repair men who were efficient & polite Maitainence communicated with the office to get the repairs completed. I felt it was important to management to ensure that everything was working in my apartment.

They paint over bedbugs and roaches and ignore black mold. Appliances are all broken, they will nickel and dime you for anything they can get away with. They are predatory slumlords. Don't rent here.

I appreciate all of the reviews. My wife and I are looking for a place and was given this name to look. The fact that there are the same complaints about management, maintenance, bed bugs, cockroaches, and the list goes on for years and years. The fact that nothing has been fixed in years, it lets me know that you definitely do not want to live here

Filthy apartments, unkept and falling apart. Cockroaches, mold, peeling floors and countert tops. They try and fine you for everything including other residents dogs pooping in the lawn. Maintenance is slow and unable to effectively communicate in English. Worst place I've ever rented. Can not wait for my lease to be over. Will be taking lease and all the threatening letters to an attorney. Hopefully I can get out of sye these disgusting lying people.

They made me move the day after I had Surgery, the wanted me out in 24 hours. I had told them I needed to be out before my surgery date . And they kept saying ok ok ok . They didn't have the key to new apartment. It was always something coming up with them . They won't use the deposit that I paid for the other unit. They love to reel you in then seems like your getting f**** over . Now I am back in the hospital trying to recuperate again...
