On Monday I went to the office to tell them about my bathroom tile being broken and right away they had send someone to check it they told on Wednesday they where going to fix the whole bathroom tile .. the maintenance guys the did a great job doing the job.

This is the worst place I've ever lived. I wish negative stars were possible. They charge for anything and then when things break they blame the tenant and try to charge, even if it was not the tenants fault. Management is incompetent and cannot help with basic issues or enforce any rules that they tape to the door each week. The grounds were disgusting and the whole complex was loud and swarming with people lounging about in any space you could think of. If you want a decent place to live don't live here! UPDATE: They've taken us to court because they are trying to say we did "extensive damage" to the unit (It was only my husband and I who lived there. We are cleanly people and rarely had guests over.) and never gave a 60 day notice (which I have proof we did). They served us after 6 months! No contact prior! I am fighting the case because I will not back down to these slumlords when we did NOTHING wrong!
