Worst management ever. No wonder they have new management all the time. I understand it may not be easy BUT there is no excuse for such incompetence. DO NOT move here. And if you do, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! I used to live here three years ago. I was sent over an email for more than $300 in late fees!! I moved out THREE YEARS AGO! Please explain. Their excuse: âItâs all new managementâ. Thatâs not my problem. I paid everything I had to pay.

I’m really happy with the great costumer service I had when I got my apartment Eva the girl in office help me with a lot in order to get my apartament. She is really knowledgeable and great at what she do. Recommend her 100% of you wanna get into mountain shadows apartaments

Washer and dryer haven't get to my apartament since the time they told me it was gonna be installed, called the office they said in the next couple of days and nothing for a month. They answer fast but don't deliver what they say.
