Had an awful experience to the point where I terminated my lease. Biggest problem was that the A/C caught on fire and to this day I still do not know if it has been fully fixed. I was told there was no reason for it to have caught on fire as the unit had been replaced recently and that I did nothing wrong. According to the email sent by Dianna porras âThe company would be back with a new furnace by Tuesday, June 4th.â When she replied to my 30 day notice to leave the apartment. The company did not come that day and I let her know in the email and she responded with â Great, I will wait for the cashier to check $ 3,000, the a/c works good, in the previous email I explained you what is the plan.â on June 5th. The a/c did not work well and I constantly asked to get it fixed because it was making horrid noises just like it did before it caught on fire. I also called multiple noise complaints because there were tons of parties and loud music going on until 3-5am. You can hear everything from the non existent seal of the windows even with them fully closed. Overall I did not feel safe in this apartment with very valid concerns and had very little done to help fix them. I was met with rudeness and I expressed my worries for the safety of me and others in the complex.

Hands down the worst apartment complex Iâve ever experienced. Not sure where to start, the noisy neighbors who fight, (a gun was pulled last week) the frequent parties on a weekly basis (go well into 3am), lack of parking, moldy units, any repairs that need to be done take ages if done at all. Overall poor costumer service.

Lady on the phone was rude. She answered like was her personal phone (just said hello) and she was like upset. I asked for apartments and she just said, what about it? And that didnât have time to give me the information I need. How can we rent if they donât have customers service? I wish I could give no stars
