I have so much to say about this apartment. I don’t know where to begin. Everything everyone says about these apartment is true. This apartment needs to have public health and their another place it need to report to about these apartment it’s so nasty they sure did paint over the roaches. If you would come to this unit you would see everything. They don’t replace the doors they just paint over it. I moved in April 1 and since then we still trying to get rid of the roaches. They said it was remodeled everything guess what the only thing that was remodeled was the floor 🤣🤣🤣. They fog spray twice and the pest control comes every week the unit still smells like roaches and still have roaches. We had a flood from upstairs ceiling full of water my whole living room my kitchen lights, the furnace closet, our bedroom had water leak from the closet to the door of our bedroom. The ceiling had holes and maintenance only came in and glue it 🤣. It was disgusting and stink and good thing my 2yr old was not home at the time. They came to fix my sink took them 2 months to replace the piece of the sink that they said they ordered. The front office use to be nice. They said the have washer and dryer for rent then you ask to get a washer and dryer to rent they said they don’t have anything available 🤦🏽‍♀️ They make it sounds so good and the picture on google make it look like it’s a luxury apartment yea maybe it was 40yrs ago 🤣 Rent is ridiculous agin like it’s luxury apartment 😏. Please if you are thinking of moving in please go somewhere else that’s worth your money. This is a dump and it’s not worth your money to stay here. Can’t wait til my lease is up 🤦🏽‍♀️. I get bad feedback when I tell people I live at Mountain shadows 🤣 their reaction is 🤮🤢. I see why and I have lots of pictures and videos.

I love living at mountain shadows apartments the place is great love the office staff only nagitive I would give I my down stairs neighbors have 9 people living in a 2 bedroom and have 6 cars and park in front of the building all night long and have broken down cars parked in the non payed spots with expired tags for mouths other than that 100 percent love the place

DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE. The management and maintenance is the worst i have ever dealt with. The lack of efficiency and professionalism is obscene. Every time i speak to maintenance they belittle me and become very hostile. My apartment has consistently had issues, from the power going out for weeks at a time, to my shower wall completely falling off. This apartment has been full of endless nightmares. It took WEEKS for them to fix my shower that also was full of mold and water damage (that i have informed them about and they proceeded to never do a test even after i asked countless times) they “fixed” my shower by glueing the old moldy tile back on the crumbling wall. I went without power for almost a month and i had to borderline harass them in order for them to do something about it. We went 6 months with the power going out for weeks at a time. It was the dead of summer, reaching over 100 degrees every single day. our apartment was unlivable. all of our food went bad. the mold in our ur house only got worse due to the heat. the windows are coming out of the pane. it is a complete hazard. The railings are wobbly and one broke and almost killed me. when i inform them of these issues they either take months to get back to me, or they ignore me and never come. I’m far from a karen. But i pay 1800 a month for the smallest and worst apartment i’ve ever seen. Management is extremely unprofessional. I can’t wait to move out when my lease is up. This place has been an absolute living hell.
