Let's start with the generous health code violations, collapsed balconies, black mold, broken glass and the so- called "maintenance" recycling parts for consistently delayed repairs out of dumpsters, and let's not forget the talentless managers who resort to threats and intimidation tactics to harass tenants as well as visitors of said residents. They're an absolute joke!
