So far its alright. No bed bugs no roaches. Maintenance came and fixes my issues within 2 days of my submitting the orders.

Had a great experience. Office staff was very helpful and quick to get everything done so that I can move in right away. The community looked great when I toured it and was excited to apply here. Overall very happy to live here.

I live at Mountain Shadows Apartments,our experience was really good when Alehi was here,since She's gone can't get anyone to help us. They never fixed our AC,never cleaned the show around the building,I had fallen down due to it but no one seems to care.The new manager Diana is rude and unprofessional and a lier,the only reason we renewed our contractis because she told us Alehi was off that day, next time we came down, she told us Alehi was in a training, she never said, Alehi wasn't here anymore, because she knew if we would have known she was gone, we wouldn't have renewed. We just need someone to fix our maintenance issues.We pay a CAM fee and nothing gets fixed. Absolutely ridiculous.

If you want the management to steal your money by over charging you and enter your property unannounced, THIS IS THE PLACE!! Worst rental experience of my life. -5 stars.
