Place was terrible holes covered by paint doors that wouldn't close. Management that wouldn't be avalibe. We were without AC for a week with our apartment Reaching 110 and the week prior no running water. Finally we moved out and a month later they tell us we a being sent to collections for over 2,000 but never saying what that 2,000 is for and never telling us anything before. All our bills were automatically taken out and all were paid even when we stopped by a month later to pick a package up from the office the manager said we were all paid for. Now instead of trying to figure it out with us they sent our account to atonernys. Don't move here !!!! It's disgusting and they will try to steal your money. Now I have to pay for an attorney So they don't steal 2,000.

i will not recommend people to live here , horrible, horrible apartment, the lady in the back office has horrible attitude, rude, the place is fill with cockroaches , the fan stop working, then the maintenance took millions years to fix, when you need something you call the office they never answer,

Lived here 8yrs. my new car was vandalized no cameras in parking lots , 1week later they had it towed12/12 temporary plate expired 1day 12/13 no notice could not get to dealer on Saturday, Will not renew lease in July. Swift towing is a predator towing company they were watching to see if my temp. Plate expired, all so threatened me if i stopped payment they'd come back for my car me no warnings instant tow by mountain shadows management. management

I was adopting 2 kids through DCFS when I rented an apartment through mountain shadows the cockroaches and the bed bugs were so bad that we were forced to leave we were forced out by their investigation the management told me I could leave and they wouldn't pursue me for any charges they are garnishing my wages now $400 a paycheck I have 2 kids and no money .
