First it took a year and a half to have some guy finally come just look at it and tell me he was going to be back the next day. I didn't see a repair man for another couple months. When the finally started work it was fast, but sloppily put back together. Damage to my walls was hardly finished and my doorknob is still broken which they said they come back in an hour and replace it. I haven't seen anyone for weeks now. I'm taking pictures of the repairs so u can't charge me at the end of the lease. And I'm calling the Bureau of better businesses(BBB) to report this complete neglect for my safety for over a year with a broken front door. Could u sleep at night for a year knowing your door can be just barley pushed in? Unacceptable!

AWFUL .AWFUL,AWFUl I would never. recommend these Apartments Worst WORSt they add up fees ever month extra fines if you are late with your check it’s couple $200-$300 fine. I would have never ever leased theses apartments but moving from another country this place was sure easy to get and they lease people fast and IRC hold the apartment for us and had to sign the lease because we just got moved into the USA. The management here are liars and they lie about they policies and everything for they own benefit . Speaking to several neighbors here and they were all complaining about cockroaches. Thankfully we lived here for a year and broke our lease because it was getting too much with maintenance not fixing things and the management being rude and adding up fees . Anyone who moved here with their own will definitely suffer. Living here had made our lives harder. they get away with many stuff can’t believe they are still leasing

They paint over bedbugs and roaches. This place is a real "landlords special". Nothing works except the mold and decomposition. Crime is unbelievable. Look at their response. Insane. "How can we improve" Maybe dont paint over roaches and bedbugs. Maybe try having working appliances. Maybe dont rent out buildings so broken and filled with black mold that should be condemned by the city. Honestly. DO NOT RENT HERE. The black mold alone (which infests the pipes and vents, not to mention the walls, windows and tubs) will destroy your health.
