They paint over bedbugs and roaches. This place is a real "landlords special". Nothing works except the mold and decomposition. Crime is unbelievable.

I walked in as a potential leasee wanting to rent an apt. The "Property Manager" Casey was busy speaking with some tenants who were trying to address concerns about the poor quality of their supposedly Cleaned painted and renovated unit. (They had painted over bedbugs and roaches) As the tenant was trying to explain the greviences Casey kept dodging interrupting and denying anything the tenant had to say. It was completely unprofessional. He refused to take any responsibility for the condition of the property despite claiming to be the manager. He raised his voice and got frustrated with the tenant when they finally got to say their piece. There was zero empathy, Casey was the defining factor in my decision to walk out the door. If management treats tenants like they have no voice or rights, then they are a pisss poor manager. I was disgusted. Needless to say I will not be renting from Mountain Shadows now or ever.

AWFUL .AWFUL,AWFUl I would never. recommend these Apartments Worst WORSt they add up fees ever month extra fines if you are let with your check itâs couple $200-$300 fine. I would have never ever leased theses apartments but moving from another country this place was sure easy to get and they lease people fast and IRC hold the apartment for us and had to sign the lease because we just got moved into the USA. The management there are liars and they lie about they policies and everything. Speaking to several neighbors here and they were all complaining about cockroaches. Thankfully we lived here for a year and broke our lease because it was getting too much with maintenance not fixing things and the management being rude and adding up fees . Anyone who moved here with their own will definitely suffer. Living here had made our lives harder. they get away with many stuff canât believe they are still leasing

Rent is comparable, however you do not get what you pay for. A lot of the maintenance has to be done by the tenant if you want it done in a timely manne....
