It took 7 months to put in a new shower head in. 10 months so far and that same bathroom still needs the sink and the sheetrock replaced because of mold. This is one problem out of over 30 that has taken over one month to complete in the 10 years we have lived here.

Getting woken up at all hours of night by security announcing its recording everyone really sucks. The whole area by 3781 to the west is a saturation of large dog landmines. Maintenence has had a scheduled fix for our hot water heater room for months. Rent is going up by 300$ more per month after we have lived here for 9 years so its becoming to expensive to afford. I love apartment layout and we had bug issue before but it was handled. Writing them a 1376$ check a month now because of cam fees and landscaping fees but the landscaping is sad. 1676$ checks here for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom is just not worth it sadly. Moving at end of lease because can't afford to renew :(
