Do NOT LEASE unless you are desperate. They will add on random charges and then hit you with a late fee of 300 if late by 1 minute . Cars are constantly getting broken into - homeless roaming around the parking lot . One of the worst places I have ever leased . Staff very unprofessional they like to embarrass their tenants. Lawsuit has been filed against them for malpractice . STAY AWAY !!!!You have been warned

The management isn't willing to work or even speak respectfully with tenants. Some employees have been helpful, but their higher ups are either completely incompetent or don't care; potentially both. In my short time here, I've encountered several problems, few of which have reached resolution. Looking to end my lease early and move out soon.

I think Mountain Shadows is one of the worse place to live in all over the Utah Valley, the staff is very negligent, they don't care about the residents, further, are there a lot of roaches, if you need to repair something you need to wait forever. The common areas are in a really bad condition. One time we listen a shooter next our apartment. The only good thing is cheap to live in there and there are several parking lots. They have a lot of space and if they really matter the complex they invest in it and it could be a nice place.
