The leasing office doesn't know how to run a business, they are incompetent and it took months for us to figure out a very minor issue. No one has any regard for the appearance of the apartments, there is trash everywhere. The door for the laundry facility doesn't work so you can never get in there. Half the things in our apartment are broken and I've put in countless work orders and no one answers them for months. We are paying 1629 for a 3 bedroom apartment not even including utilities. A terrible place to live and if I wasn't stuck in a lease I would move out.

Worst apartment complex ever. The management is disrespectful and very opinionated. They are very unprofessional and judgemental. I am a single mother of 5 kids and one of the managers thinks that she can compare her life to mine. She acts like she is better than everyone. When it comes to getting things fixed it takes forever. I went 2 months with no AC. The pipes leak and the apartments have mold, bed bugs and cockroaches. Stay far away from these apartments. I was planning on breaking my lease but the filed an eviction on false accusations. Now I have to prove my incense.

Love my neighbors and the apartment layout. I've never had problems with bugs and keep my apartment clean. Maintenance can take a week or two, but they are all so nice. I don't have much interaction with office though. Will probably stay another year or two.

They're trying to charge me for a washer and dryer that was never in my apartment when I arrived so I bought some myself and I took with me and they were saying that I was renting some as well which means they were charging me the whole time I was using my own washer and dryer. Never lease here. They just want money

If i could rate this place 0 Stars i would.This place is god awful the maintenance people are absolutely useless I lived here for almost a year and they still haven’t fixed our drain to the kitchen sink.There are cockroach’s everywhere people just throw there trash everywhere it’s just a terrible place to live honestly. When the maintenance people did come they were rude and banged on my front door after he came inside he didn’t even fix anything he just wrote stuff down and every since that day i’ve never seen him back to fix the stuff he said he would fix its so disappointing.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody i know most of my neighbors and they have the exact same complaints. This place is a terrible place for kids.
