DON’T COME HERE!!!!!, all apartments are full of cockroaches, the manager doesn’t matter if my daughter is having problems of health for that reason. She told me that I could not go to another place until the contract was fulfilled, my daughter has had cockroaches in her sheets even though I clean all the time, cockroaches in the kitchen, the bathroom, in the rooms, this one has been my worst experience.

I made an appointment to come see these and everyting went wrong from the start. We scheduled for Monday and the person I was emailing said I would see them the next day (Not Monday). I corrected them and then when I came in on Monday no one knew why I was there. I made an appointment, someone should be ready! Then they said I needed stuff to view their apartments. Well, you didnt specify in the email I needed anything so why would I bring it? Just a joke, super unprofessional.

This is the WORST place I have ever lived in!! horrible management they charge wayyy over what they should with tons of hidden fees adding up even more, do not even consider this place! Bugs, disgusting carpet, heater didn't work for a month (in winter) maintenance almost got my dog killed, cops showing up at least 3-4 times a week... the list goes on.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever had the disgrace of living in. I have had bed bugs, cockroaches, and black mold. Every time I call the office for maintenance to come and fix the MANY things that are broken, they never come! My windows are almost falling out of the pain, and our windows have constant condensation on them and drip in to PUDDLES of water on our window sills as this apartment has horrible isolation. The office staff is always extremely rude and completely unhelpful when my roommate or I have had to call in. The trash is always overflowing. Not to mention we had bed bugs within a month of moving in, and have only lived in this disgusting apartment since July. Completely unprofessional, please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!!

This review is mostly for Kesaia the leasing agent! She literally was so outgoing and talked to me as if we were good friends! She broke down pricing and availability so it was understandable and was very knowledgeable about her community. The apartment I toured was okay and I unfortunately found somewhere to live already, but I couldn’t help but thank Kesaia for helping me with everything!
