Took me for 200 hundred on a holding fee and turn around and have the audacity to say they lost out on money for holding the apartment for 3 days and it wasn't even ready. Don't ever rent here

office has been great at handling all this covid stuff. appreciate them during this time. My only downfall of this place is our neighbors. but havingg such a great apartment and office staff makes it worth it. youll love this place as much as i do.

Wow. You charged me more than $300 for one day late payment. My normal rent is $999 but you asked me to pay $1,379.94 just for one day late payment. I wish you could use the money and make this nasty apartment a better place to live. Worst experience in my life.

Beautiful apartment. Alehi miller took great care of me and any questions I had. No complications whatsoever. Will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for apartments. Good people, good living. :)

I let the staff know I had a bug problem. After two weeks of waiting and on the day they supposed to do my apartment, I went in to the office about 3:00p.m. and the manager told me they were doing vacant apartments before getting to my apartment. Extremely frustrating!

Been here a few years now. Never once had any problems with pests. My apartment is older, but it’s cute and haven’t had problems. Alehi communicates about our problems and has taken care of everything so far. She’s new, but can tell she cares about this place. Happy to be here. And I plan on staying for another few years.
