These apartment is very nasty I tell office to fix my living room light 3 months ago, but they didn't come to fix it. they told me they will come to fix it in 48 hours but still now I can't invite anybody to live here I can't give them any star

I am very happy to say that Amanda has done her job very well about getting the bad people out to make our community a better place to live. I love that i see the maintance every morning picking up trash im glad that i see landscaping guys here once a week to keep it looking nice. Im so glad that they have your back when your in hard times. Also the pool is always open most places they are closed all the time. Also i love love how they had the kids make mother and fathers day stuff and valentines i have never seen any apts do that with their community!! Keep it up and it only gets better!!!

Im happy to tell you that Mountain Shadows has cleaned the pretty and units. Since under new management Amanda and Jenny have made it there mission to clean up the property and units the bugs are gone and the mice problem Is gone as well and I’m happy to say I would recommend Mountain Shadows Apartment.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Our a/c has been broke for almost 3 weeks and we've been waiting for them to fix it and they still havent. I literally have been sleeping in my own sweat the last couple nights with windows wide open. When i try to call them they dont answer, not even after the 6th time. It is bug infested. You have to buy lamps to have light in the bedrooms because there are no lights on the ceiling. I had to renew the lease and i had to remind the front desk lady 3 times in one day to send me my lease agreements. They are way too incompetent to be running an apartment complex. Do not recommend to anyone unless youve spent the last 5 years homeless because that is the only way this would be an upgrade to anyone.
