It's an alright place to live matenence needs some work I still dont have a screen on my window but all in all it's a great apt

I will definitely give this guys a five star because this are the reason. First, they try their best to help you out when your having a hard time with your rent. Second, Amanda the manager has a good heart for helping people out. Finally, i recommend you this place is a better place to live.

Agree with not friendly management ... The rent is due the 3rd so anyone receiving assistance for there rent is paying extra every month by almost...

If only you had fixed the issues. I did speak with the office and what I got from pointing out the issues was my lease non-renewed. I was planning on moving anyway I would have left sooner but they charge a $2000 lease break fee. They would only waive it if I agreed not to talk badly about them. They know it’s bad and have no intention of fixing it and will kick you out if you complain. Casey is a lazy manager.

Worst place I have ever lived. The office staff is rude and unfriendly. I've had fee taken out of my account even when I've paid rent on time. I would not recommend living here.

Lots of extra hidden fees, parking is not free and you're charged parking even if you don't have a car, late is $123 after three days, utilities not...

Do NOT move here!!!!! Too much to type and none of it's good! I can't wait until my lease is up to move because I dont want to pay $2,000 to terminate it early!!!!!

I have had nothing but problems I have had a list of thing that need to be fixed and I’m still waiting for them to fix the safety hazards. They are infested with roaches and mice
