Me and my family just moved in about a month ago , thought we were getting a good deal but for the money this place isn't worth it. First night we had I found two cockroaches the second day our water heater was leaking the third day our bathroom sink had been running non stop and our toilet seat wasnt screwed on all the way and I was told it was cleaned before move in but that was a lie, I found two huge marijuana nugs under our sink and tiny white crystal ball on the carpet I'm hoping its just the salt from outside . Because I have two daughters and this hasn't been a safe place for them .if I didn't sign a 12 month lease I would have been out here the next week! Not to mention when I was pregnant I would smell marijuana coming in from the top floor . Who wants there unit to smell like weed when you have important people to come visit . Not good when I brought it up with the office the big guy in there told my husband it wasn't his problem and to just call the police . Nice way to handle things mountain shadow. P.s still waiting for maintenance to come fix our toilet seat and gargbage disposal.
