The "responses" from the "owner" and the obvious fake 1 review 5 star ratings is laughable. I'm truly sympathetic for those that live here.

An issue came up with our move in date and Jasmin handled it quickly and professionally. She got us in on our promised move-in date. Overall, great experience.

If I could rate this apartment complete a negative number I would. I have been leasing here at these apartments for about a year because i sign a year lease. Since before we moved into these apartments they promise things that we have not seen . Within a month I bought a new drier and my drier stop working after two weeks because the vents to let the heat out of the apartments were stuff. We told the office and maintenance and nothing got done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are very damage. There are a lot of apartments available because no one wants to live here. The only good think about these apartments is the assistant at the office name Jazmin she has a really nice personality. That is the only good thing that tells you the horrible quality of housing they offer here at Mountain Shadow Apartments.

This is reap off, I regret moving my family here. Casey or Kasey whoever his name is is soo judgy. If you don't pay your rent on time they'll raise your rent instead of what they promise you on your lease. Plus the late fees 150 and 30 service charge. So I'm paying 1300+ for their crapy apartments.

Great location! Close to freeways and the price is competitive and fair. I sincerely enjoy the office staff and they make living here a great experience.

Lived here for two years, and my apartment is in great condition, everything works like it still new. not to mention the office staff ROCKS!

Friendly neighbors and staff. Nice location that's close to highways and public transportation. Haven't noticed any bugs but we always keep our place as clean as possible.
