We had a 2 bedroom here. The cockroaches are insane. For some unexplained reason they stopped spraying the apartment 4 months in. So the remaining 8 months the roaches were out of control. Thousands. No matter how much we cleaned. No matter the hundreds of dollars we spent on sprays/traps/baits etc. We have a one year old so certain products werent an option. We arent "allowed" to bomb it ourselves. Thousands of dollars of food that was thrown out due to roaches contaminating it. Due to our tight finances we moved into a 3 bedroom at the same complex when our lease was up. The previous tenants trashed it. Before moving in to it we looked through the windows and from what we could see from outside was incredible amounts of damage and filth. Three months before we moved we were told we would get one apartment. A week before the move were told the leasing agent Jasmine made a clerical error causing us to move to a different apartment. They replaced the carpet. That was it. Everything else was left in its original trashed condition. Light fixtures with no screws attaching them to the wall. One randomly fell off in the middle of the hallway on our first day. Shattering on the carpet. Almost all the baseboards are missing. The stove didnt work upon moving in. The dishwasher still doesnt work. Our toilet in the main bathroom has been clogged since we moved in. We called three days in a row and no one came. But we watched the maintenance guys race each other on the golf carts after saying someone would come fix it. Went into the office to demand a solution. I get a call later on saying someone would come out Monday. It overflowed again. Had to call the emergency line that night. It took hours for someone to come. He tried to snake it but he said we need a new toilet. Here it is Tuesday and no one has been back. Our stove didnt work at first. They came to fix it. Now one of four burners work but only on high. And it electrocutes us everytime we use it. The office is aware. Maintenance is aware. No one gives a damn. All the closet doors are barely attatched to the tracks. Weve had to remove some of them to prevent them falling on our children. The roach problem is out of control here. We got a notice to remove everything from our cabniets and drawers in the kitchen so the pest control guy can treat the apartment. It says if we dont its a $50 fine. Well we did and No one even showed up to spray our apartment. No one should live here. Were paying 1300 a month for a trashed and broken 3 bedroom. They refuse to fix anything. Dont live here.

ONLY AFTER POSTING THE ABOVE REVIEW did someone finally fix the stove that was electrocuting us. They had to give us a new one.. Imagine that. Other than the toilet and stove, nothing has been fixed. Dishwasher still doesnt work. They've known now for 6 months that we DONT EVEN HAVE smoke detectors in our apartment. Its been 1 month since our mid-lease inspection (4th time weve notified them about no smoke alarms) and no one has even contacted us. The 1st bathroom tub is still clogged. Weve never used it. Not once. 90% the baseboards are still missing. Almost all the doors are falling off because of the last tenants damaging the door frames so bad screws can't hold The hinges to The wall. The dead bolt to the front door fell off the first week in the apartment. Door is one gentle kick from collapsing. The roach problem is out of control. Every few weeks we get a notice saying to pull everything out of our cupboards so they can spray...the guy has come ONCE!!! So we clear the cabinets by 8 am that day and have to completely fill our dining room with its contents. You cant put anything back for 24 hours. So its a nightmare. And then they dont even show up 75% of the time. But if they do show up and you didnt empty the cabinets and drawers they fine you $50! We will NOT be renewing our lease. I'm seeking legal advice at this time. I repeat...DONT live here!
