HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! The work orders do not comply as the contract says, they demand that you pay the rent on time but they take weeks, even months to fix something! The secretary is a terrible person, she treats you as if she were doing you a favor by letting you live there! They charge for everything, the water bill is insane, I have paid more than 100 dollars a month for water, every month I pay more and more water and they say that they are not responsible for that charge, obviously the city sends them a receipt general and they divide it among all the neighbors, but it can not be that even in the winter my receipt of water continues to arrive very expensive, and poor of you if you do not pay it because you are the creditor of a super fee. To charge if they are good, but to fix things not! Mice have gotten into my house 3 times by the drain of the kitchen, I already reported it and they only gave me poison that I had to put !!! But they have not covered the hole where the mice come from !!
It is unpleasant to live here!
