Horrible, disgusting, should be condemned and burned to the ground. This apartment has the worst cockroach problem I've ever seen. I've lived in wet climates and I've seen REALLY bad roach problems. It's a major health hazard to all of it's tenants. The tenants ask management to get rid of the roach problem and all they do is offer them sticky pads which do absolutely nothing. I have a friend that can't afford to move out of this complex and none of my friends will visit him because the roaches are so bad. Cockroaches on the ceiling, every wall, every cabinet even crawling under the carpet.

Bad appliances, poor grounds keeping, and the staff is terrible. I would live under a bridge before I lived there again.

Can't give it zero stars, damn... If you live alone, you won't be here, cause the bedbugs and roaches will keep you company. Don't bother trying to kill em, the buildings are infested, they can freely go from apartment to apartment. To ram home this: The kids on the first level smoke weed in their bathroom. I live on the third level. I know this because my bathroom fills with smoke and smells like a pot house... The air freely moves between units... Nice teaser rent, then it skyrockets. Nickel and dime you for everything in order to skirt the law with various BS fees. Monthly water bill suddenly jumped to $60 out of nowhere.(this is the equivalent to 33,000 gallons at residential rate for one dude, I don't think so...) Then they bill you to pay that bill(another $20), sewer is at $15 garbage same. All of these bills are 300% above normal. If something breaks, be prepared for it to sit there broken for at least a month before someone gets around to fixing it. When first moved in, the carpet appeared to be recycled, pulled up a corner to have a look under and there was piles of dirt. Never cleaned before install. Plumbing is partially plugged permanently, no amount of drano fixes it. Shower heads appear to be vintage 80's(plugged, used some CLR on it) Almost all the power plugs were broken. Ended up just replacing them myself because I want to watch TV without waiting a month or having the plug blow up. The buildings appear to be vintage late 70's, early 80's. The boards on the bottom of the awnings are starting to droop, same with the roof. Wasps can easily build nests in there. Doors and windows leak like a siv... I had to grease the door handle to get the catch to reliably pop back out when you open the door. Windows are single pane, uber cheap kind, wind blows right thru em. Closet sliding doors are garbage. Pop off all the time. End up just keeping them to the side. Heater is vintage 70's, loud as a jet engine, does a decent job heating, but cooling is a joke. They don't make em like they used to, thats for sure. I had to clean the burner myself, never been cleaned in years, had about an inch of ash on top of it. Staff, I dunno... They don't give me problems. But my girlfriend seems to have issues so she makes me go in there. Parking sucks. Tons of open parking spaces, permanently... all are "extra fee". This causes the "free" parking to fill up every night/weekend. Forcing you to park on the street/somewhere else. If there is something positive, it's the kid that keeps the grass clean, he does a great job.
