Not a good place to live!! Has a lots of problems that takes hours if I type them so Just in one sentence. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.

The service is horrible, office staff is extremely unprofessional, and no consideration for other people's time! Today this office was supposed to be open at 10am, it's already 10:18am and no one is even answering the phone calls! Don't move here!! I have a mouse, roaches and bed bugs in my apartment and they don't do anything about it. I saw the bed bugs coming out from a hole in the bedrooms wall and they said that I brought them to the apartment bs.

I moved here after living the Redwood apartments and fairstone for reference. I moved in to a non-remodeled unit at first, there were a couple dead roaches while we were there, but there were traps everywhere when we moved in and we saw no roaches after a couple months. We moved to a remodeled unit this month and it has been the best apartment I've lived at. No bugs, hot water is very hot and we never use it all, and the unit looks really nice. The rent was higher than similar units in the area but that seems to help keep out the creeps. Also, once our last lease was up they charged $315 for damages, which is way cheaper than the other apartments we've been at. they definitely weren't gouging. Staff is always very responsive. All in all, I'd probably have given 3.5 stars but after reading all the negative reviews (I'm not sure if the reviews are old or if people don't know how apartments work) I thought 5 stars would be fair. I'd recommend this place above any other apartments I or my friends have lived.

This place is the worst. They charge you for everything. The landlord here told us we would have gas and all these other utilities included and we are just now (after 3 months) being told we have a separate gas bill. This is complete crap. I hate these apartments. I am seriously thinking of leaving before my lease is up.

Let me explain to you how terrible this apartment complex is. Keep in mind this apartment complex states that my apartment was renovated and updated prior to moving in. Let me just give you this list of all of the disgusting things that take place at these apartments: The first week my shower didn't work and I had to call more than twice to have it fixed to work! Meanwhile I had to shower at friends and my damn gym. Our windows didn't lock and we didn't have screens on either the master nor the second bedroom which resulted in us purchasing window locks ourselves. Our "brand new" fridge started leaking and it was like a pool every time you opened it. They didn't get that fixed until about a month before I moved out. Our food disposal ended up breaking and leaking all over the bottom cabinet! Took more than 1 call to get it fixed. Heater stopped working! The ceiling above my shower ended up having this huge crack in it so it was drooping down looking as if it was going to fall in. This took about 3 calls to have this finally fixed! Dishwasher stopped working for god knows what reason. Doesn't stop there! Our upstairs neighbors were completely disrespectful of the people around them. They would allow their children to run wild ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT into early hours in the morning. Jumping off of things, having their dog run wild until at least 4a.m. Seriously it was like clock work, they started at 11p.m. and didn't stop until about 2-3a.m. We ended up calling the apartments dispatch over 30 times in a month to have nothing be done about it. I do believe the dispatch had came and gone when we called but still the neighbors were constantly being obnoxious. To top this list off our apartment had BED BUGS and COCKROACHES! Seriously turn on a light and have 7 cockroaches staring at you scattering to get away. Ended up having to spray Raid all over everything that was near water. I ended up having bites all over my ankles and legs. I went to tell the Manager of the leasing office that we have a bug problem in my apartment in which he basically brushed off and assumed it wasn't the apartment but it was us. *Warning* in the lease contract it states that if there is an infestation issue, the tenant is liable. Weeks pass and nothing happened. My boyfriend woke up one morning with over 30 bug bites all over his legs. We searched ourselves and found SO MANY BUGS. We ended up having to go to the Corporate office with a complaint letter to have our apartment fixed. They ended up having our apartment sprayed over 4 times to kill off any of the bedbugs and other insects. THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We had to move our belongings into an island every 2 weeks and had chemicals sprayed all over stuff in which you have to let sit and then clean off, walking around and inhaling the bug spray. Don't get me wrong I do appreciate the fact that they came in and sprayed but this SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED! Still to this day I have that chemical all over my belongings and I am constantly finding it on my furniture and clothes. The absolute most horrific place I have ever lived. I would not ever EVER rent from these apartments. I could not get out of this hell fast enough. Good luck!
