Don't live her! this Apartment if a horrible place i ever lived. when i first came to look at the place she took me to a nice apt that was cleaned and fixed, i went back and file application and pay deposit she take me to see my apt all the floor wasn't cleaned the dishwasher stink it all broken the carpet old, there was no way i could get the deposit money back . the next day i came with a friend to help me look at it he didn't stay long because the dishwasher stink, i was hurried moving i thorough it was a good idea to move in since it close to SLCC and easier to grab the BUS.three days later i moved in everything was broken i decided to move out i went and talk to the manager but he very heartless, don't even know how to talk to customer or care what he says, all he said was that if i want to move out i have to give 30 days notice and have to pay $2000 for moving out because i didn't wait for my leas to end. my 8 months old son have a health problem he barley breath on his own and the carpet not fixed it really bad it give some bad air and stink. i went back and tell him if he don't fix the carpet ill take a lawyer and move out because it against the law every apartment have to be clean and net for people health and he said to me do you think the apt against the law go ahead take a lawyer, i called someone to help me then he finally said ok i will send someone to go look at the carpet if they said it needed to be replaced then i will do it if not than i cant because it cost a $1000 to replace it, the person came and didn't even look for 5 minutes than went out and tell him oh yea it really needed to be replaced he was really mad to spend $1000 for that reason he promised to get the dishwasher replaced with new one he never did every-time he see me in the office he started to think that im there to complain he don't even look at me the staff are rude they doesn't even know how to talk to people nicely. this Apartment is not good to live in especially if you have kids. it doesn't even worth $839 a Month

Leasing Office Team is too Lethargic, They took 3-4 months to repair a faulty cook top burner. I had to call 6-7 times and every time i called up, they were trying to fool around that they already fixed it. Mailboxes here are quite often tempered and there is no point complaining to the Leasing Office mgr as they would try to prove that you wouldn't have locked it properly. Apartment complexes are usually messed up and rarely cleaned. The gym is probably no good to be called a gym ,its nonexistent. The pool is quite often exploited and messed up by a bunch of spoiled brat kids, I once saw them jumping into the pool with their cycles, on trying to inform the leasing office about this, they just preferred to ignore. Well you can very easily find better apartment complexes in and around at better prices and better management. Do not repeat the mistakes that I committed.

HUGE COCKROACH PROBLEM!!!!!! Don't live here. A cardboard box would be better. I'm gone with this 2015 tax return. Did I mention cockroach problem? UGH! Dishwasher leaks, Bathroom sink leaks, one burner on the stove works, and you can't use the oven while using the burner. Outlets in bedroom not working. Talking to the office is like talking to a piece of tree bark, the receptionist is a ditz! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Umm it don't deserve one star, more like negative 5 stars! If you can find a hotel to rent from for 8 to 12 months, you'd better go with that! This place is an ignorant dump, not to mention they let every sorry low life human being move up in here...inconsiderate neighbors, sorry office communication on maintenance and the guy in the office is rude as eff!! Bed Bugs, Roaches, other critters, you name it Mountain Ghettos gots it, then charge you an arm and leg to spray for them, too bad you don't have that arm and leg because you just handed it over on the fluctuating bull crap rent!!...95% of the tenants are so rude, they fly up and down the back (east) street like it's part of 7th East!! Don't do it!!! You can find better, be patient and trust God, cause it ain't nothing but the Devil up in hurr...halleluyur (madea voice)!! Lbvs!!!

Don't Live Here. I give this place a 0. They raised the rent last minute claimed it was my credit. Saw roaches in the first week. I complained and the guy comes out to exterminate. All he does is leave your drawers on the counter and put a bait down. In and out in less than 4 minutes. I timed him. The roaches will never go away they are imbedded in the apartment in ways they can't be exterminated. I would see a roach every 2 - 3 days even with the guy doing treatments for months. Expect a utility bill of 60-70 a month in the 70s for sure if you have a credit wink wink. So add that to the rent. Cost 15 dollars a month for the parking stall. They don't give you a amenities key for the pool that cost $50. I was shown a model unit which was very nice but my apartment I was given had almost everything broken. No light in the bedroom. List of broken stuff when given to me was: Towel Rack, Shower nob, Missing lock/latch for the sliding glass door. All the drapes broken turned upside down. drawers in the kitchen bathroom. Drywall holes and non painted patches. Every door had drywall patches on it. Not painted either. Patio ceiling was falling down and so was others with birds living there. Carpet was bad. Plugged up dryer vent. Dishwasher had broken parts and was barley functioning. Dirty filter for the stove fan. What did maintenance fix? you ask because I gave them this as my move in list. They replaced 2 of the drapes temporarily fixed the kitchen drawers and shower knob. They did this all in one day and never came back. I had lost my mail box key and the maintenance man takes a screwdriver and hammer and pry's my mail box open leaving my mail box not working properly ever since (why did they not have a spare???). Very loud Mexican music during the day. People literally living in a garage and bbq in the garage. They made up stuff to keep my deposit charged me for light bulbs and globes and cleaning. I left that place better than they gave it to me since I fixed everything I could. I spent around 150 on items that were broken and renting a drill. Damn I can't publish with out giving one star. Reminder THIS PLACE IS A 0 ps trash everywhere and dog poo on the lawn so bad you can't walk on it. (neighbor complaint was there apartment was flooding by upstairs hot water heater and there own at separate times but leaving there apartment so moldy that they moved out and mountain shadows wouldn't work with them to replace the carpet and damages. So they moved back in with no hope.)

This apartment is DISGUSTING..... it had roaches and there were mice... and a baby bird showed up in our laundry room in the vent... I don't know how they are still getting people to live there... there were stains on the carpets... cracks and mold in the bathroom... shower wouldn't work correctly with the hot water... stereos up all times of the night.... there were a lot of break ins there too... have fun living there! :D
