horrible. the apt is a craphole with all kinds of broken stuff that they seem to refuse to fix and the staff is rude.

Very sad all pic's on web site are so old the place is run down and diry. The rental office is the only clean thing there. Just nasty. Would not recommend to anyone unless thats all you can afford. Sad that they can use the pic's from when it was new. And even sadder that they tell you its just like that..

STAY AWAY! They showed us an apartment "like" the one they were fixing up for us, and asked for a $200 deposit, When the time came to show our apartment the living room rug had many obvious stains(some looked like blood), the bathroom had cracked tiles and the shower walls were peeling. All they would fix was one cracked tile so we declined immediately. They would not give our deposit back because it was past 24 hours, but we could not see it within that 24 hours. We have pictures on a cell phone which we are going to show Gephardt and small claims if necessary.
